- 2 can sliced peaches in juice, drained

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Add the drained peaches to the baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup of the sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, then gently stir until the peaches are coated.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Pour in the milk and melted butter, then stir just until a thick batter forms.
- Spoon the batter unevenly over the peaches. Don't worry about completely covering them, leaving some peaches exposed gives the cobbler its rustic top.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the peach filling is hot and bubbling around the edges.
- Let the cobbler rest for about 10 minutes before scooping and serving warm.
