- 2 boneless pork chops
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Chopped parsley
- Extra cracked black pepper

Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and cook for about 4–5 minutes per side until deeply golden and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic, stirring for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in the honey and soy sauce. Spoon the sauce over the pork chops for 1–2 minutes until it becomes glossy and lightly thickened.
- Serve immediately, spooning the remaining honey garlic butter over the pork chops.
