- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
- Season the chicken with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden on both sides and fully cooked. Remove it to a plate.
- Reduce the heat slightly and cook the garlic for about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, then pour in the chicken broth. Cover and simmer until the rice is tender.
- Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
- Slice the chicken and place it back into the skillet. Stir everything together and serve hot.
