- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons diced green onions
- Spread sour cream over one side of each tortilla.
- Add shredded chicken evenly across one tortilla.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the chicken, then add green onions if using.
- Place the second tortilla on top and press lightly.
- Melt butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the quesadilla until the bottom is golden and crisp.
- Flip carefully and cook the other side until the cheese is fully melted.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
