Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place the zucchini strips on a baking sheet and pat them dry.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss lightly.
- Sprinkle parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the zucchini.
- Arrange the strips in a single layer.
- Bake until golden and slightly crispy on the edges, about 15–18 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
