Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a small baking dish, sealing the seams.
  3. In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon evenly over the dough, then add the shredded cheddar.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the top.
  6. Bake until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden, about 20–25 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before slicing.
