Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Unroll the crescent dough and press it into the bottom of a small baking dish, sealing the seams.
- In a bowl whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
- Sprinkle the cooked sausage or bacon evenly over the dough, then add the shredded cheddar.
- Pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Bake until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden, about 20–25 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
