Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Optional Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and toss until evenly coated.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, stirring occasionally so the sauce coats the pieces.
- Let the sauce thicken slightly and glaze the chicken.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with green onions or sesame seeds if using.
- Serve with rice.
