Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz deli roast beef
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions
- Mix the horseradish and mayonnaise together in a small bowl.
- Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Heat a pan over medium-low heat and place the bread butter-side down. Layer the roast beef and provolone on one slice. Cover with the second slice of bread.
- Cook gently until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted, flipping once.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
