Ingredients
- 24 pepperoni slices
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional Ingredients
- 2 tbsp marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay pepperoni slices flat, leaving a little space between each one.
- Sprinkle a small mound of mozzarella on each pepperoni slice and dust with Italian seasoning.
- Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese is bubbly and pepperoni edges are crisp.
- Let cool 2 minutes to firm up, then serve hot with marinara if you want dipping.
