Ingredients
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tbsp molasses

- Powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe mug, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, spices, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and molasses. Stir until smooth with no dry pockets.
- Microwave on high for 60–75 seconds.
- Let rest for 1 minute before eating.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
