Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider (reduced to 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp salt

- Cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Reduce cider by simmering until concentrated; cool.
- Whisk with oil, sugar, and eggs.
- Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine gently.
- Bake in a bundt or loaf pan at 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
- Brush warm cake with butter and coat generously in cinnamon sugar.
