Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider (reduced to 1 cup)

Optional Ingredients
  • Melted butter
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  1. Reduce cider by simmering until concentrated; cool.
  2. Whisk with oil, sugar, and eggs.
  3. Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine gently.
  4. Bake in a bundt or loaf pan at 350°F for 35–40 minutes.
  5. Brush warm cake with butter and coat generously in cinnamon sugar.
