Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla.
- Divide batter in half. Add cocoa and peppermint to one half. Alternate spoonfuls into loaf pan, swirl gently.
- Bake at 350°F for 45–50 minutes.
- Cool completely before slicing for clean swirls.
