Ingredients
- 3 large sweet potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1–2 tsp matcha (to taste)
- Salt to taste

- maple syrup drizzle
Instructions
- Boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender (15–18 minutes).
- Drain and mash with butter.
- Warm the cream and whisk in matcha until smooth.
- Add matcha cream into the mash and mix until fully incorporated.
- Season with salt and drizzle maple syrup if desired.
